Shipping charges:

You can avail of FREE shipping for orders within the US. But there is an additional charge of $24 for all orders outside the USA.

Shipping Method:

Orders are sent out via USPS and are typically processed within TWO business days of purchase. Delivery time is dependent upon location. Please see USPS website for more information.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns for full purchase (excluding shipping costs) are accepted up to 30 days after the order has been delivered. Returned items must be in identical condition to the time of purchase. Please note, shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty or damaged upon reception.

Submitting a Return

  • Prior to returning an order YOU MUST contact us via email to arrange a return

  • Repackage the items and include your original packing slip. Write the reason for the return on your packing slip.

  • Ship the item back to us. Original packaging can be re-used. Be sure to include the packing slip so we can reference your order once we receive the returned goods.
